By agreeing to this policy, you provide voluntary, specific, and informed consent for the Company to share, lease, or distribute Lead data to vetted Partners within the consumer service sector. We require all Partners to comply with POPIA regulations when handling this data.

The Company will only retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable South African laws and financial record-keeping regulations. Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely destroyed or de-identified.

Security and data breach protocol

LEAD THE WAYhas implemented robust technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to personal information. In the highly unlikely event of a data breach that compromises personal information, the Company's Information Officer will notify the Information Regulator and the affected Data Subjects as soon as reasonably possible, outlining the nature of the breach and the steps taken to mitigate it.
