Please read these terms of service ("terms of service," "terms") carefully before using lead-the-way.co.za website operated by Pulse Realty.
1. Definitions for the purpose of this agreement:

"Company" refers to Pulse Realty (Pty) Ltd, including its program "Lead The Way".

"Partners" refer to third-party business partners, affliates, associates, and vetted service providers in sectors including, but not limited to, real estate, finance, insurance, and home services.

"User" refers to the personal information of a third party (e.g., a property owner) submitted by a User for referral purposes.

"Lead" refers to the personal information of a third party (e.g., a property owner) submitted by a User for referral purposes.

"Services" refers to the lead generation, referral, and data brokerage activities provided by the Company and its Partners.
2. Conditions of use and broadened scope
By using lead-the-way.co.za, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you
agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement,
you are advised to leave the website accordingly. LEAD THE WAY only grants use and access of
this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms. The Company operates a multi-sector referral network. While the current focus is real estate, the Services encompass lead generation and data brokerage for various industries, including finance, insurance, and consumer activities.
3. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website or participate in the referral program. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Referral fees and payments
The company provides a system where Users may submit Leads for potential remuneration.

Payment Terms: For real estate property sales Leads, the Company will pay the User a referral fee of R250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) subject to the following conditions: (a) The Lead is valid, contactable, and unique (not already in our database); and (b) The property owner confirms their explicit consent to list the property for sale under Puse Realty.

Withholding Rights: The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reject Leads, withhold payments, or terminate accounts if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of the consent warranties outlined in Section 6.
5. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your registration information and maintianing the security of your identifying informaiton. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Lead Submission & Warranty of consent
You EXPRESSLY WARRANT that you have obtained prior, explict, and informed consent from any third party whose Lead informtation you submit to the Company. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its Partners against any legal claims, regulatory fines, or damages arising from a breach of this warranty or your submission of unauthorized data.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, products, and services provided are the property of the Company, its affliliates, and Partners. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute the Company's intellectual property in any way.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extend permitted by South African Law, the Company and its Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidential, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website, system downtime, or the actions of any Partners who receive Lead data.
9. Applicable law & Disputes
The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these terms. Any disputes shall be arbitrated by the competent state or high courts in South Africa.
